You do realize that's *artwork*, right? While I'm inclined to think she's a roegadyn (mostly due to the eyebrows), Artwork isn't necessarily limited by the character creation options.

If you look at most of the Concept Art of Dominate Story Characters, They tend to use all the basic appearance options but have cosmetic options that change them. Sthalmann has a Scar on his eye, And the 4 have Tattoos on their neck. But the mesh/shape of the faces is all stuff from the character designer.

Also, All NPC's follow strict naming conventions for each Race. Hers follows the Roegadyn Conventions.

You can't She isn't a playable race. Shes a Padjal. Theres only like 6 of them in the whole game world.

True, then let's see how you go about creating Raubhan. Or is he from some misterious race named Scarfaces?

I think she would look like my char if not a Roe. But my hair does not all fly back. She is probably a Roe but I agree with Abriael that artists take liberations in art sometimes.

The thing is that if she's a roegadyn (wich after a closer look i believe it's true) I think we won't see those people in game anytime soon :/ We don't have any female roegadyn model in game right now and I highly doubt they made it right for this character since, as Cairdaes said, almost all of the NPC in game can be recreated by us in the character creation.

The point is, if these things they are adding now are the "quick updates" that can be done easily with small time and little effort then I really doubt they built a new character model from scratches, especially one of a race they are planning to implement in the future, it would need A LOT of time.

They already said they are pushing for the missing races to be ready by the PS3 release.
