Well, another thing to point out that she's not a hyur/hume is her name. Throughout the game, Padjal's name have been written like Kan's. example: O-App-Pesi, E-Sumi-Yan

In Gridania, there are those blessed by the forest. They are known as the Padjal. the touch of the elementals causes horns to sprout from their heads. They are ageless children, fluent in the tongue of the forest.

I'm not certain but I think Seedseers are usually Padjal as well.

Is it just me or does the Limsa commander seem a bit... Roegadyn-ish?

I thought she was an Elezen until I read your post. However, looking closely she doesn't have pointy ears at all. Her skin color also fits someone of the sea wolf clan more than a duskwight. Which makes sense how she controls the navy in the first place since they are naturally running the navy. If this is true Female Roes aren't ugly.... lol

At a first glance I thought she was an Elezen as well, until I saw this thread and went back for a second look. And agree, female roe's look far better than I imagined...which were current roes with long hair and breasts D:.

Of course they are not ugly. I don't think any of the characters in this game can be classified as such. =)
