    I'm curious if "Grand Companies" even matter. I'm more interested in player Company's and if they will level up, offer bonuses, player titles, how they'll work, etc... etc...

    I get the impression that belonging to a grand company is going to be very similar to belonging to a city-state in FFXI. I think this is supposed to finally give us a sense of belonging to a city-state. I hope they'll have something relatively similar to conquest, I liked that we could take control of certain areas and buy items from quartermasters.

    Woo, I think this is the first time we've seen a female Padjal. I like those horns! Kinda makes me hope SE makes them a playable race at some point.

    1003 is Companies and its in the 1.17 patch notes whats so hard about that?

    I have to thank Square-Enix for the amazing job they have done recreating Final Fantasy XIV from Scratch. Especially the inclusion of Missing Genders which we petitioned for in good faith. This was proof to us players that the Developers are truly Sympathetic to our requests and that being honest and vocal can pay off with the amazing characters we have who are Female Roegadyn, Male Miqote, and Female Highlanders.     ya its a roe female I'm on the ps3 and zoomed in on the picture. Elezan have protruding ears that jet or from the sides their earlobes are not rounded. On closer inspection that female has a rounded earlobe that is more human like similar to roe males. Also Elezan are tall but lithe, the female looks more muscular. She is also in the pic with the chocobos as you can tell she is more muscular stronger arms etc.
