    So you're saying I want to click "Add New Service Account" to enter my CE code? Wouldn't that make a whole NEW account and not add it to my existing account...?

    It's not Add Service account, it is Add Windows Service or Add Playstation 3 Service. You MUST click the Account Services link FIRST to get those options.
