I don't think this will work for UK preorders because they were not done through Digital River (they run findmyorder.com).

What I'm worried about is that my account says this after I enter the 20 digit code and it wants me to confirm:
Account Type: None
Subscription: Standard
Payment Method: None
Remaining Days: 3　days ,<------- (A lot of people have comfirmed this is what theirs looked like, not too worried)
Number of Characters: 0 Character（0） <---------(***THIS IS WHAT CONCERNS ME***)

Is there a reason why it would think I have 0 characters? Is this just a display bug that could be caused from something like currently being logged in? Did anyone apply their code while having it show this as their status?

The only characters being displayed right now are on Japanese servers. It worked just fine for me

Are you sure about this? I'm just curious because this happened to me too: I added the code to my platform, am now at 33 days, but it says I have zero characters. It'd be nice if there was an official word about this, but I don't know of anything aside from players just saying things, and I can't check that my chars are still there at the moment.

Mine was showing only a couple of characters that I made on one of the Japan servers for awhile; however, following performing the steps indicated by OP, everything was in order and I can see them all. (Now if I could just get logged in to play.. /duck)

Input the email address and the last 5 of the credit card you used to order on the right hand side.

That will give you your registration information! The serial number is the 20 digit - #### #### #### #### ####

To add to your account, visit https://secure.square-enix.com/

Log in with your details.

On the right, select MOG STATION.

Click Account Services.

Then select EITHER "Add Windows Service" or "Add Playstation 3 Service"

Input the 20 digit serial number and click next. It will ask you to confirm the service account to receive the free 30 days.

That's it!

If you would like to upgrade to the Digital CE, there will be a link available.

YOUR 30 FREE DAYS WILL BE ADDED ONTO THE TIME REMAINING FOR THE EARLY ACCESS.

Unfortunately this isn't working for me either, and I have no idea why. I enter my email address (that my pre-order code was sent to) and my card number and it only pulls my Before Meteor pre-order. I don't know the password for this mysterious account, so I enter the order number and have it send my password, but get no email. /frustrated.

Does anyone know of a way to view order history on the SE store? I can't find it.
