how do i get my collectors edition items when i bought a digital download ?

hey i got my collectors edition last week, and was even playing the early access logged on today and i got my early access items yet no collectors edition items ? and my account is still showing its on a 3 day trial ?

can anyone shed any light on this situation plse ?

I'm having the same problem. After looking through my email, and double checking, it shows that I had registered my CE to my account correctly.
I think they just haven't sent our CE in games items to the Moogle yet.
I received the pre-order bonus items from pre-ordering the CE, so I think we're good.
Just need to wait for them... I hope, and that better be the case or I'm going to be a little upset.

me and you both, if it gets sent to our in game mail though how can i access it when my account expires in 3 days if it isnt sent by then i dont mind if its a little late.... just not to much i want it today ^_^

I preordered the CE (EU version) and got my preorder items yesterday. Today I received an email with a game activation code and a link directing me to the Mog Station where I entered this code. I logged off game and back in, thinking I would then get my CE items - which I didn't. When I hit start on the log in screen, it gave me a prompt to choose between 2 FFXIV accounts. No.1 has my character registered to it, no.2 has no characters. When I check the Mog Station, this is what I see:






So my CE items are registered on the 2nd account which has no characters. And I don't even know why I have 2 different ones.

same. the SE EU store is very very late sending these out. If EA had finished on time we would of been locked out.
