I have seen a couple of people with the same issue as me and unless I have overlooked it, I have not seen it answered yet.

I started playing at 1.0 launch and initially installed the CE. Now though, the Mog Station is showing my account as a standard edition and only offering me to upgrade digitally to a CE.

I'm assuming since the Mog Station is assuming that I am a standard edition holder that is why I have not received my CE items yet.

Anybody have any insight on this that I may have over looked? Thanks.

Did you get the onion helm or the garlond goggles in version 1?

I only ask because there was a buddy pass in every CE. If you accidentally used that instead of the CE code you may have registered V1 as Standard Edition.

If you got the Onion Helm, then I would speak to account support.
