Pre-ordered from gamestop, already called and was informed it's a problem on SE end
No they are BSing you. They need to supply you with a working code. Shove your receipt number in their face. I called my local gamestop and they gave me a backup EA code, and didnt even ask for a receipt.
the code they gave me to redeem or early access did work, however the one SE gave me in return was the invalid code...I argued for a good 5 minutes and was told my only option was to get SE to straighten out the issue
