Where can I get the CE digital upgrade?

I've been looking all over for a way to upgrade my standard edition to the collector's edition. Is it even available yet? I've looked in the Mog station and I haven't been able to find the option there. If anyone can link me the correct place to order I would be extremely happy, TY

It's there, your just not looking hard enough. I upgraded mine last night. Got all my items within 20minutes.

If you mean "additional" 30 days to the ones included with standard version then answer is no.

The only situation where you'll get 60 (30+30) days is if you purchase both PC and PS3 versions and apply the activation codes to the same SE service account.

No, I have a 1.0 account (no legacy) with 15 days grace period. I was curious if I'd get 30 days more if I upgraded my account to digital CE.
