    Have not received collectors edition items.

    I had pre-ordered the CE of the game and still have not received my in-game items. All I have received were the pre-order bonuses (moogle hat and cait doll)

    Same. I put out a ticket to SE "customer Service", but that was about 3 hours ago and haven't heard a word.

    Did you add the CE code given to you in the box or email you probably got today? A preorder code is not going to give you CE stuff.
