The account with only 14 days of access left sounds like a v1.0 account. What might have happened is you created a new service account when you started beta, and your characters are there. If you have multiple service accounts, they will show up as tabs within the web page, underneath where it says "Welcome to the Mog Station, _____". Next to "Account Status" do you see tabs labeled "FINAL FANTASY XIV 1" and "FINAL FANTASY XIV 2"? If so, click #2.

If this is the case, you should be able to add the ARR CE code to the other service account (#2?) where your current characters are.
That would be understandable if I had 2 service accounts, the service account that I used for the beta was the same account I had in the 1.0 version and it has moved over to ARR. So i only have 1 service account with no options to add windows service and cannot input the code to upgrade my account to CE, what im trying to do now is to return the digital CE i bought online and just use the mogstation to upgrade my status to CE
