Useless support closed my ticket w/o replying 8 days later because it was "related to the login issues". What the hell is the point of me filing it under account/billing if they don't even look at it? What am I supposed to do? Resubmit my ticket, to only get a reply another 8 days later that you've closed that one for being related to something utterly unrelated? FFS. The game is awesome but every other aspect of the service is backwards
