    Why is it so hard to set up a subscription?

    There are no time card available in NA.
    ClickandBuy confirmed fraud.
    Crysta system is the only hope, but UltimatePay site looks like it was made by highschoolers. Broken elements, broken forms, nondescript errors.
    I have been trying to register for over 2 weeks now, really running out of patience.
    Even when I register to a brand new email,

    the stupid email confirmation link returns a generic error.

    The same error I get when I try to log in or recover pw.
    I've attempted multiple times to contact UltimatePlay via support ticket, email, and no reply.
    How can you rely on such an unprofessional service?
    Why is it so hard to get like.. basic things done.
    I just want to set up my subscription without linking a credit card.
    How am I supposed to top up crysta when the stupid registration is broken, and nobody replies?
    I tried in FF, Chrome, and IE - no difference.
    Getting really fucking annoyed with it.

    It's possible all that is happening because subscriptions aren't live yet.

    I can't even figure out how to get to where you did!!!

    Square Enix NEEDS to hire a specialist in website organization for large businesses. End of Sentence. The website is horrible. I have a hard time finding anything and everything I am looking for. The forum restrictions linked to in game level are ridiculous. This is a suppose to a paid service and they keep treating and acting like it's a free to play game. I really think they should just make separate sites for North America and Europe (from the primary Japan based website) to include the forums.

    I really want to make some suggestion but I can not even start a post in technical support, suggestion, general, bugs, etc because my toon is level 15?! And oh yeah! this is my one and only reply of the day *sad face*

    Useless support closed my ticket w/o replying 8 days later because it was "related to the login issues". What the hell is the point of me filing it under account/billing if they don't even look at it? What am I supposed to do? Resubmit my ticket, to only get a reply another 8 days later that you've closed that one for being related to something utterly unrelated? FFS. The game is awesome but every other aspect of the service is backwards
