Upgrade to CE

I am a 1.0 non-legacy non-CE player who wanted to play during early access.
Thus, I have preordered the game in its collector's edition version and I have received my EA codes which allowed me to play when the game was up.

Today I received my code for the CE, I went to the new Mog Station, but I can't find anywhere to add this code to my service account. The only thing related to CE I see is a link to purchase a digital upgrade to CE.

How am I supposed to enter this code?

Just wait until SE fixes this mess. The only current way to add it is to make a new service account. And you don't want to do that.

I fell for the trap and now I have to wait for SE to fix this crap to upgrade my Legacy Standard Account to the Collector's Edition account with the key I got from GMG.

The FIRST, FIRST thing they should have done is added a button that says "Click here to Input your Collector's Edition Registration Key" if it recognized you had a standard edition.


Guess time will tell after waiting now...

Problem is you weren't supposed to buy another copy of the game if you already had 1.0. Please contact support as a lot of people did this and the more people to tell them what happened the better chance they change the policy.

Thanks for the answer, but I have already received the serial number. The problem is that there is no "Add a Windows service" on my mog station.
