HQ ITEMS for crafting

Does someone know how to get HQ materials e.g ore?
I always get standard items when mining but where are hq ores?
I need them for crafting hq gear

When you see the items that the mining node has to offer, you will notice a percentage HQ value next to the item. That is the chance of an HQ and it can be as low as 5%'ish. If you keep mining you will get an HQ eventually but that might only be after 20'ish successful hits. However, all is not lost, there are skills that can raise your HQ by 30% I think, so your percentage HQ can be up around 40%. Then you stand a reasonable chance of an HQ on that mining node. The skill involved has to build to 300 GP so it can only be triggered every 5th node or so.

Also note, that the higher your perception is, the more chance you will have to get HQ materials while gathering.

And if the procentich is 0 than the ability to boost it wont have any effect
