Account status is standard, but I bought the Collector's Edition

Amazon has officially taken about $50 off of my account for the purchase of the Collector's Edition digital download, but yet my account in the Mog Station still shows as standard and I haven't received any CE items.

I looked through the email I used with Amazon to see if there was some sort of serial code for the collector's edition, but all I could find was the promotional code I used.

The support pages for Square Enix are apparently broken, so I can't contact them. :c What do I do?

Also for some reason it says I only have 3 free days left, but this is a new account. I was never in beta or anything. Shouldn't it be 30-ish?

seems like you only have your Early Access code registered so far.. you should get a new code today which includes 30 days and your Collector's Edition

I'm waiting on my physical copy in regards to getting the registration code. I was assuming that the Early Access (Registration Code) was the Registration Code for CE but I guess not. It was just for Early Access Items only. 3 days free left is in regards to the Early Access portion. CE is suppose to give you 30 days. Now if you have the physical copy of the game and have the registration code for CE then you can apply it on mog station. Be careful though as to NOT create another service account but to apply it to the one you already have so that the characters you already created can use the CE items.
