Stuck

after finish archer quests i saw my lancer npc ls was flashing so i walkd over there to start my r31 lancers quests. I clickd on Willelda to start my quest and it got me stuck. I couldnt open the menu to ask for help or support. I had afew ppl call a gm for me but it was no good so i force dc. Well when i logd back in i figured the problem was fixd so i clickd on the npc again. Well the problem wasnt and i was stuck yet again
