Effects Bug

I notice that whenever it rains I can't see rain effects or even spells being cast for that matter. The character will just make the casting motion and the enemy will lose health.

yep.. same problem here.. i play the game on my notebook: AMD Radeon HD 7970M. Driver is up to date and Direkt x too..

same here as well. i have the amd radeion 7800 hd. everything is updated as well

Yep. Having the same issue on my system as well. Running a Radeon 5700. Drivers are completely up to date. No weather effect or spells, and some monsters won't load (such as water elementals). Everything else seems to be running just fine.

I had the same problem. What you have to do is completely wipe all your video drivers. google how to do it cause you need some freeware to wipe all files. I have a 7950. After you wipe all your files download the non beta drivers for your video card right from the website.
