Beta 4 was a week too late, and they should have continued stress testing. I have no clue what kind of thinking let them go ahead with the full launch after the EA fiasco.

The funniest of all is that PS3 users got the game free, Legacy players got 180 Days of free subcription. While we got.......... ?????
