unable to update the group NA/EU character list

whenever i go to log in i get in fine. once i reach character selection i get the above pop up. shows no NA/EU servers at all, just the JP servers. but loadstone shows all are up and running. i am no stranger to mmo's but this error is beyond me. anyone else having this issue?

I was having the same issue for two hours or so.. just tried again and it's working correctly. It even let me in the game on the first try. o.o

I get this issue for the JP servers as well off and on, restarting client usually fixes it.

Yes - this is an issue whcih plagues a lot of players since EA started. Just use the refresh list button (you can do that every 3 minutes) or save the character apearance and restart game. It's a bit lottery right now due to the high server load.
