Can't Click 'Next'

I purchased the collector's edition of the game yesterday and got the early access as well. After the painstaking process of setting up my account and entering the early access codes I downloaded the client. I launched the client and have a screen telling me about some things I have to do before I can play and there is a 'Next' button. I cannot for the life of me click this button and get past this screen. I have un/reinstalled the game multiple times, installed the game as an admin, installed the game with Avast disabled, I've even reset IE settings (as I know some programs use IE for pages like this). Also, I have restarted my computer multiple times, and even redownloaded the installer itself. I have attempted to click the options to set up an account or enter registration code and those don't work either.

If anyone else has had this issue and knows how to fix it or if anyone can think of something to try that I haven't any help will be greatly appreciated.
