Collectors edition problems

Hey everyone im sure you have heard this a million times so far, I bought a digital collectors edition and got the moogle cap and cait sith doll, but im still waiting on my collectors edition items I have the code but it's not a complete code form the looks of it, only 4 digits. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled and im getting nothing PLZ help am I missing something. Even when I pull up my account page I cant update my account since it's only 4 digits.

I had to enter my code on the square enix account management page. I had my CE code and did select service, then add platform and it asked for my code. After entering the actual CE code, not the pre-order code my standard account changed to CE account. I bought from Gamestop, if SE hasn't supplied people with an actual CE code in addition to the pre-order code I guess you have to wait till you get that code.

In summary my account showed standard account until I registered the CE code on the SE account management site here :

I am having similar problems, I bought the physical collectors edition from shopto.net and it came with 2 registration codes in the box, one with 18 digits and one 20.

I played in 1.0 so my account is on standard on the mog station with 14 days remaining on the account and there's nowhere for me to input the code, I've tried inputting it in the bonus code area but that doesn't work.

I've also tried inputting the 18 digit code on the SE website and that didn't help either keeps showing up as invalid code. All in all I'm quite stuck.

Edit: Did exactly what was mentioned in the above post, when I press on select service it takes me to the mog station and when I click on add platform it just explains how to add ps3, not how to change my pc version from standard to the collector's edition
