[Dev Help Please] Character Transfers Early

Hello,

We've seen questions from users asking us to clarify about what happens if the World you are transferring to already has a character with the same name as you. In this case, the person moving into that World would be prompted to select a new name.

In other words, the person already residing on that World would retain their name.

Would this be the only method one can change their character name? Or would a name change service be provided as part of the Optional Services at the Mog Station in the future?
