Then your doing something wrong, brother got onto my server no problems at around midday today and all the other EU servers minus the legacy one were available to play on.

Also if your below lvl20 just move to another server with your friends make a new character, I would rather do that then lose the friends that wish to play with you then keep a relatively new character.

Not if she's been trying to get onto Moogle. Excalibur has also been pretty packed. I've been refreshing for three days and certain servers just haven't been opening often or at all. Moogle, Gilg, Levi for instance.

With the upgrades they are planning, the server transfers will work fine. However my friends will be gone by then. I need to move now. I would be willing to pay if they would just let me.

Servers were packed the entire weekend, and people with daytime jobs can't logon midday........

Nope.. I am in this exact situation as well. I pre-ordered, and played the beta's. I got to create my character in beta4, and now NONE of my friends can join my server, forcing me to restart if I want to play with them. Two of my friends are already trying to get refunds, and the others are talking about it. What makes it worse is they are mad at me for convincing them to buy the game in the first place.

Basically... what is going on here is, anyone who pre-ordered the game is getting penalized for it. You didnt get your proper, or full play time on early access, and now none of your friends can join you. Those are some great pre-order incentives... /sarcasm.

I agree to this, not for myself but for the many many people who will fall into this category and to help server load balance.
