They don't wish to accommodate NA/EU they just don't care. They're customer service it terrible and there lack of communication is spot on, they have shown little interest in addressing this issue. For the time being looks like we either can ride it out and hope for the best or just unplug and maybe try in another 6 months but either way it's not gonna look good in the reviews.
