Thanks. This helped alot. <3This happened for me, too. As a fail safe, I just went and checked the Digital River order site, and you can log in with your e-mail address and last 5 of your CC. For me, it showed the codes that I received from the e-mail.
The website for DR is http://www.findmyorder.com

I believe i read that 1.0 members/Legacy members after purchasing the CE Digital Upgrade you do not need a CD key sent to you. I did the upgrade and immediately received confirmation of the purchase. Items came to my account immediately, and it's showing 14 days until subscriptions start being charged to my card on file. I believe for the CE Digital you're ok.I also bought the Digital CE edition and I have not received any e-mails from Digital River. Not only did the ship my CE edition (for my wife) to the wrong address (/facepalm) they also have failed to deliver the codes on time. They have three days, so I won't be too concerned about it yet, but I've already been more than pissed off at Digital River as it is. They are a terrible partner, and SE really needs to consider who they use as their direct retailer to the market. SE fans who want to buy direct from SE deserve better.
I pre-ordered the CE Physical from SE. They shipped it around the 21st and was supposed to get it by today, but I guess they shipped it the cheapest possible way and its stuck setting in NJ on a pallet waiting for said pallet to fill before they bother move it. Been there since the 23rd. Post office can't/won't tell me when that could be, so who knows if it will arrive before my free trail ends. SE's support page is down due to spamHope no one else is stuck in the same boat. Don't need my CE goodies, but sure need the codes to keep my account active.
