CE Code from Amazon?

So I got the 18 early access code, played it and what not. Once mog station came up it says I have no characters available but yet I got my moogle hat and cait sith doll today. I shrugged it off. I got an E-Mail from Amazon saying that I have been charged on my card for the CE version of the game which is what I bought. But i received no code. Going into my account in amazon and looking at the order details there is a 20-digit activation code so I presumed that was the CE code. It seems that when I go to mog station and input the code it says it's invalid. So I don't understand what's the problem. Is it the 20-digit activation code I have not valid or is mog station broken?

If you go to the Amazon.com home when you are logged in, hover your mouse over Your Account. From there click on Your Games & Software Library. Under Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn you should see the activation key.

I did, I have it, but when I enter it at mog station and click add platform it says it's invalid.

I solved the problem for me Chark. I had been entering the code manually but when I copied and pasted the code directly, i was able to register my collector's edition, so if you've been entering it manually maybe this will work for you as well

Use that Aecil, it worked for me and it seems it worked for Organic too.

Basically if you already have a 1.0 pc account, you cant add another pc code to the same service.

I pre-ordered collector's edition from amazon as well and it's giving me the same error when i use the activation key. I did not play 1.0
