I purchased the digital collectors edition but my account is now showing the CE. I was given an early access code, which worked but the only other serial / product key I received was the follow:

Who did you purchase from? Most companies are now sending out new codes after you register the pre-order code.

I followed this link given in the very same email you got; store.na.square-enix.com/orders. I put in my order information and I got my unlock code which game me my Collectors Edition code, but unfortunately it gave me the "The code's region is inapplicable." error. So more waiting with SE "customer" service.

I didn't get an email with the code on it, so I went and looked up my order (digital river) and the code was there. If you didn't receive an email or a SPAM email with it, I'd check your order from where you ordered it from.

Im trying to get into my digital river, but my email address is wrong. I don't know my order number or password, so I don't have any other avenues to log in. Any ideas?
