Got a 30 dollars custom fee slapped on and it had to be paid immediately in cash not debit or credit at my door way. Now I have to go to post office with the exact cash amount to get my CE. Well that was my first time pre-ordering from SE and it will be my last.

Honestly, I think you're being taken. This is not how customs fees work.

That is exactly how customs fees work, know what your talking about before posting.

Also knowing customs fees is your responsibility. If you are ordering from USA and you do not live in USA you should know you will have to pay Customs fees. It is not SE's responsibility to baby you.

I just preordered from Amazon, since it was free... got my EA code emailed for free... then cancelled my Amazon Pre-Order since I was legacy and already had the game downloaded. Sorry for your loss.

Same thing here, I had to pay 13,67$ at my door, now I'm worried about my Before Meteor order, I'm probably going to have to pay for this one as well, I hope not.
