    Hah oh jeez reinstalling windows seems like an extreme solution and im on work computer so not sure if thats an option there must be another fix

    that loads fine , ive ever seen a black screen problem like that till i used the FFXIV launcher

    Found a fix , Ctrl panel > programs > programs and features > view installed updates > uninstall internet explorer update > reboot .... works now lol
