Same boat here, but for me the money was taken out and my account shows up as a Standard Edition, I put out a support ticket and I am waiting for them to get back to me, this is ridiculous.

I knew I wasn't the only one, but knowing my money has yet to be removed from the card I bought it from is what is worrying me even more.
I'm going to try the "find my order" thing, but last time I did it it said that I didn't even have an order.
But I believe it didn't come up because the money wasn't taken from the card yet.
