    The money was taken out of my account as well. I recieved the Minion and Mog hat but NOT my collector edition items.
    Its also nice to see that Customer support is DOWN. as in when I tried the page ways its having an error..... how nice...

    I also received the Minion and Mog Hat. We're supposed to get the codes today, I just hope I'm being impatient and nothing went wrong.
