I was able to put in the first line of code after pressing little button called 'Add Platform' or something on the Account Services page!

But my account didn't have 1.0 status so it must be different from yours! ヽ(●ﾟ´Д｀ﾟ●)ﾉﾟ

You could try and ask the SE customer service, they sent me a reply within a day when I had questions!
