Unable to update Group NA/EU Character List (8/27 Edition)

ya i've been having the same issues for about 2 hrs now , this is ridiculous

Been having this issue since registering the Game Code, yet my brother told me they were working just fine this morning before I woke up :'(
It is getting frustrating that right now that while I've yet to have issues with the Japanese Server, past the few hours I got to play in the first 2 Days of Phase 4 Beta; my EU Character has remained unplayable since.

Given it is only the XIV 1.0 Players who receive the '14 Days Free Time', while the rest of us only receive '3 Days Grace Period' (which are added to Game Time) it becomes more of a concern for me that should this not be resolved by the weekend, effectively will be paying for the privilege of not being able to play half of my characters. I don't think it would be unreasonable to either, extend said 'Grace Period' until the issues are resolved or provide Free Server Transfers to NA / EU Characters so we can move our characters to Servers that DO Work.

I'm receiving this error at the moment. With the world selection list offering me every JP server, but having 'Obtaning the world list...' on the NA/EU side
