I have something similar. I haven't bought the CE, just a Digital Download for PC last week. I only have one service account on which I registered the EA, but according to Mog Station:

account status: FFXIV 1 (nothing else);
FFXIV: A Realm Reborn - Beta Test Windows(R) ,FFXIV: A Realm Reborn - Pre-Order Code Windows(R) is registered to this service account. (even though I never played any phase of the Beta);
First line just display a grey bigger "* None" (I believe it would be for platform)
Second line displays "Standard" "Remaning days: 3 days (Free trial period)
And under Characters tab: "You have no available characters" (even though I got 3 on 3 different servers)

It does mention I got the preorder bonus items.

Frankly, I don't understand that whole mess! It looks like I have no platform registered, even though the preorder code is registered on that service account. And when I try to add a platform, it tells me the code has already been registered.

Anyone having the same problem?
