enter your order # and your password, the page it sends you takes you to an order status page, your registration codes will be there plain as day. Take that code and go to the FFXIV Mogstation - https://secure.square-enix.com/account/app and go to account services then click on add pc service, enter your code and voila! 30 days game time and in game shinies.
And what happens if there is just the serial code written (the one with four spaced numbers)?
