    My situation was odd.

    He said I had a 1.0 account, which is not true because I never touched 1.0. At all. No beta, no buddy pass, nothing. So I don't know whats up. But I already had a Standard Edition on my account, so the Collector's Edition code would not work for it. I sent the email the support operator asked for, hopefully it'll be sorted out soon. I want the Warrior of Light Helmet and the Couerl Mount! :P

    I called as they opened, which was Noon EST, and I waited for exactly 54 minutes. I imagine the wait would be longer now that they've been open for a bit now. :/

    My situation is the same as MikeJ777's, but instead of Standard I have a Legacy account. The problem is that reaching them by phone is not an option for me because I'm not from USA, and probably wouldn't be able to solve the issue on the phone.
    It would be SUPER AWESOME if someone from SE came here gave us a form to solve this issue through the Support Center, just like there are many other forms for issues surrounding code registration.

    BTW, MikeJ777, could you give me the email you received from them, so I can try to contact them directly?

    I would suggest using skype. Skype out is very cheap, but if you change the country on your skype account to US, you can skype for free.


    This was seriously the most convoluted game purchase I have ever had to deal with. Three different codes to be registered on 3 different sites, registration of those codes opening up at different times...no instructions in the emails for much of it...This was, and is, a horrible design.

    registered a few minutes ago my amazon code in Mogstation and it shows me that my account in exchange standard to Collection Edition but still did not get my items within the game.

    any suggestions?
