    Hello S.E. !!!!!!!!

    i bought the FF14 : ARR COLLECTORS EDITION and when i opened the box to my HORROR & Frustration! the only code inside was the game code and NO item codes ( helm of light & all that in-game items). I registered the game code and after registration the system says I have a STANDARD copy and i can UPGRADE TO the DIGITAL COLLECTORS EDITION! WTH?!
    i tried live-support but its not working, I filed 3 tickets at customer support and after 17 days they just closed my tickets with-out any answer, Now i filed my 4th ticket and i just want some answers? so please if anyone from Square-Enix is even bothering on reading this post just give a me some answers?

    excuse me but the only codes inside the dvd box is the "product registration code" and the "game code"? i just got a moogle cap from the product registration code
