Setting up account after Early Access ends.

Good morning all,

I was playing yesterday until late, and then when I went to resume my journey, I was told my account was inactive. I assumed my Early Access time expired, so I went to enter the game code I have (for PS3).
Everything went smoothly, until I chose to play, and all of a sudden, I have 2 service accounts? I cannot access the first one anymore, which has my character, and the second one has nothing and will not let me select the NA/EU worlds.
I came to the mog station to see if I forgot something on this end, and all I can see is that I need to register an online code with PSN, which I have. Do I really need to download the client AGAIN? Or am I missing something else entirely?

When I input the code From the back of the PS3 booklet; it redownloaded again. Just let it. It will overwrite and go thru the steps of updating the file again. Just Be sure when you start the game up, DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. Use the old that you are currently playing.

i have the same problem, cannot get it to work no matter what i do

Just finished reinstalling it. Still cannot access the game with my character. GEtting same error message from before. Really frustrating that they have to make things so complicated.
