CE Physical Copy Lost in Mail - Please help!

Hello everyone,

My boyfriend purchased a physical copy of the CE on the SQEX online store. The package never arrived and the tracking details seem to indicate that the package is lost.
USPS is of course less than helpful and I cannot find a working phone number to call SQEX.

Does anyone have any advice?

If you can't contact SE by phone then I would recommend contacting them online. They should have online chat help desk on their site. Also, if they lost it then they should resend you another one straight away if not, ask for a refund and order it some where else or collect in store.

There seems to only be online chat support for FFXI, can I use that for issues with XIV?

You could try or better try at SE main website then go to support. But I've got a feeling their going to say they can't do anything since it's the mail that's lost it. If SE can't help them give your mail service a call and give them a bollocking. lol, but yeah if they lost it then their supposed to refund you or get you a new one.

OK so I'm just going to buy him a digital copy since the post office claims they have no idea where it is, or when (if ever) we will see it. What is SE's return policy on games? If it ever does arrive, can we return it? I still haven't been able to get through on the phone.

I believe all SE sales are done through a company called Digital River so even if you contact support they tell you to contact Digital River.

Thanks for the info Shori, I was able to get in touch with them and they of course had no idea where it was or what to do, but at least I got to complain to someone haha!

Missent could mean the package got on the wrong route, it does not necessarily mean its lost as of yet. The package goes back to the facility into the group of packages, readied to be sorted and sent again. Either way, calling couldn't hurt. Least they could do is extend your early access.

They are fucky with delivery's.
I got mine but there was no APT number coz we forgot.
They just dropped the shit at my neighbors and left and I had to go ask...How unprofessional.
