My wife is also having this trouble. We both played briefly during the original release of FFXIV. We both participated in phase 3 and phase 4 beta for ARR. I am able to log into the game but she is not. Mog Stations shows my account was registered in 2010 but hers was not registered until Jun 27, 2013. She decided she did not want to wait for Squenix to fix the issue (I have an open ticket from yesterday) and instead tried to purchase the game and apply her new code to her old account. We followed the directions on the Mog Station which directed us to the Squenix store. We tried purchased the C.E. digital download for the PC. I say try as I'm not sure that we were successful because there was no confirmation of the purchase. There was no prompt to start the download nor was there an email sent to her with instructions. We tried to access the store history to see if the purchase went through.. but we couldn't find it. We are confused and upset.
