Mogstation - Character displayed

My main character is Vyndel Farstrider, Miqote Male on Sargatanas server.
Legacy character.

On the mogstation window, for the account, it displays a character I created on the Ultima server that I also named Vyndel Farstrider.
Why does it show that character ?
What's the reasoning?
On loadstone the active character is my legacy character (selected from the interface as the active one):

It may not mean anything, but any ideas ?

At least its showing one of your characters. I logged in the mog station last night and i had them both. log in this morning and its saying i have no active characters. I'm not sure its anything to worry about at this time though.

Same here, when I log into Mogstation none of my characters show up and it says I have no active characters for some reason. I hope it's nothing to worry about.

Yeah, I have the same thing happening, I can't see my legacy character which is on Excalibur, but I can see a character I made on one of the JP servers. I don't think it's a big issue to worry about. But, how are the NA/EU servers doing right now? (I'm at work) Maybe if they are congested again, the site is unable to pull up the data for those characters or something?

Not at home, I'm at work but I have the token with me so I added a subscription on the Mogstation and noticed this.
So I don't know how the servers are in terms of load/login issues.

Same thing with me here. was going to sign pp for 90 day but stop because imnot sure if my legacy character will get the items and mount.

It says all characters on the account get the veteran rewards (newly created ones too, that you create at any time in the future).
Go to the menu and click the additional options and you should have a button lower that opens a popup with all info about what's what.

Last night I could see all my characters, today there are only the ones I have on JP worlds.
