Copy and paste feature not working fully

Greetings.

This is a bug report about the copy and paste feature not working properly if used from the chat log to another applications (like to a Word document or Google translate).

Steps:
1. Saturday when I returned to Eorzea I had no problems at copying and pasting text in Google with CTRL+C, but later that evening it didn't work anymore.
2. I thought I edited something by mistake in the Config, so I reset everything to Default, but still I coudn't copy the text in the chat log. I could copy and paste it from the chat log to the chat log, but not from the chat log to Google.
3. There was one occasion on Sunday when it returned to work after I deselected “Active direct chat” in the Config: now I could copy text in the chat log and paste it in Google, but after a while, with the only thing I did being gaining a level from 5 to 6 as Arcanist (I didn't touch anything), the bug returned and since then never disappeared, not even disabling and re-enabling the direct chat multiple times or deselecting every single Config option worked.
4. Yesterday evening it suddenly returned to work (when almost all my japanese linkshell members logged out...), today it was still working, but after a while in Eorzea, it didn't work anymore. I don't know what triggers it and makes it work or not, I don't edit a single configuration option.
5. As a side note, when I highlight the text and try to copy it with CTRL+C, a mouse cursor appears in the chat log prompt.
Another adventuress told me this feature doesn't work for her all the times as well, but she didn't get the mouse cursor icon pop.
6: In short: I can copy and paste from Google to Eorzea, but not from Eorzea to Google.

This feature is important, because my server and my linkshell are japanese, and I don't understand hiragana so much, and so I need to copy the text in the chat log and paste it in Google translate like I did in version 1.0.

I hope the dev team will be able to fix this for good or (hopes maybe a bit too high) someone here tell me if I can do it myself somehow. I can't understand if there's something triggering the bug or if it just randomly happens.

Step 7: I discovered what causes the bug... In short, in A Realm Reborn I can copy and paste text, so if I tried 5 minutes ago, it worked and I could copy and paste text from the chat log to Google Translate.
Then I copied another text, but this time from my Word document, and from there to the chat log in Eorzea. And from that point on, I could not copy and paste anymore from Eorzea to Google.

In other words, if I copy and paste text from elsewhere to Eorzea, the bug triggers and I can no longer copy and paste from Eorzea to Google or to Word. I think some time will have to pass and it will fix itself again (I don't know how much), but I cannot copy anything from Google/Word to the chat log or else I won't be able to do it from the chat log to Google/Word.

I was talking with my linkshell about the Magitek Armor and now I'm unable to continue...
