"Leves Of Camp Drybone" bugged

Area and coordinates: Eastern Thanalan (13,23) Inside Camp Drybone
Steps:
1. I accepted the trial Levequest from Poponagu
2. Being a Levequest I went to my journal to Initiate said quest
3. The Only option there is [map] No initiate and no abandon.
4. Whenever I talk to Poponagu he just tells me I need to /beckon Guttrix Silverpicks to the destination. I looked around all over drybone and still no NPC.
5. I logged out, and back into FFXIV and the quest is still bugged.

I can't even abandon the quest to try and acquire it again or even just to remove it off my duty list :/

I no longer have this active, but in general the "Leves of (place)" quests add a separate Levequest (of a different name). Check to see if you have another leve listed from that region.
