is there a way to keep certain players from joining your party in duty finder?

Up until yesterday I had no problems with anyone fulfilling their roles but then I ran into a LNC that seriously didn't know how to play his role the entire time he wanted to be next to me rather than behind the monster, he didn't do any slow stuns and when I specifically asked him to use limit break 3 times he did nothing, what's worse... he greeded all the loots and won them all... even the mage ones. After this I got into another dungeon party with a coinjerer that would not heal he kept casting stone and the party wiped twice in 3 mobs so I left and then had to wait 15 minutes to reapply...

TL;DR: Too many people not playing their class right I dont wanna play in same party with them can I block them from duty finder?

I doubt that. You can't even put most of them on your black list (not that it would prohibit them from joining you in the next duty finder party) as they'll be most likely from another servers anyway. The only solution is to create your own party I'm affraid.
