I have not recieved Pre order code or unlock code.

I pre ordered the game on SE,s site to get longer play time and be able
to level with my friends (who all pre bought)

- I did not recieve my Pre order code.

Now the game has been launched and i have another problem.

- I did not recieve my Unlock code.

So I cant play, even after the game has been launched. So not
only will my friends have experience from the pre launch they will
also have several days after launch to play.

Money have been withdrawn from my account so I know Ive payed.
And on my SE account it says I own the game so I know they have
registrerd it. But still no code.

I have sendt several mails to square enix about this problem. And I
have recieved an automated reply that sais they have recieved my
complaints and to look at forums for fix. However they have not fixed it.

How do i get in contact with someone that might help me on this issue?

The email system is useless, the only way to get help is live, either through phone or live chat support.
