New NMs and Class Specific Gear

Anyway I noticed something interesting on the Kple Kple weapon. One of its stats is Number of Attacks: +1. Does that mean it gets 2 attacks per turn?

All other weapons ingame, except pugilist weapons, have attack +1, too
