They should Lock all gear to what Jobs can wear its dumb i wanna be DD and i have crafting stats on my clothes
they should add more then 20 NMs they need to add 21 NMs and 1 nm being like Serket Roc Cactrot Rapido and make it so not pt of 8 can kill but a group of 18 not this limited causal game play ohh and yeah 21-24hr spawn timers

Heh isn't that how most games do it that have NM like things? You get better gear from them, look at the ninja boots that were still usable by high level ninjas from the rabbit outside starter town.

IMO all the NM and Unique gear should be better than gear of the same rank. I hope they start with that trend soon.

What i was saying is that Gear shouldnt be used by every Job on FFXIV If im a GLA and change jobs I dont want my armor to be worn by THM or CON I want gear to say at the bottom Lv. 30 THM/CON/SMN etc you can get where im going with this

OK Well the NM thing was something that to me gonna be failure gonna be the same Abyssea Trash they put out on FFXI
Where NM pops every 10-30min to make the Non-Hardcore wow lovers happy . I want to see NM's with the old feel that when you kill them and camp against a rival LS you feel Good/Great Because You beat them to Claim or Got a drop they didn't get. Look at Rift better graphics but a carbon copy of WoW
