Actually the +dex will increase evasiveness... a bit.

I believe you need DEX for CON Weaponskills like Levinbolt, but hey it could have been STR lol, now that would have been totally useless.

yeah, love the nm idea, but am not liking the oh we're out of ideas so let's give them another bomb and cactuar. one of the biggest complaints i have seen is we need new mobs and what is released? more of the same, but now they call the new named old mobs notorious monsters.

We need new mobs, but NMs have always been named versions of normal mobs so no shock here. We're more likely to get new mob types with new areas.
