Redeeming PS3 Collectors Edition Codes

Afternoon All,

So I received my PS3 Collectors edition box today and tried to log onto the SE account management so I could add the product registration codes, only to find that there doesn't seem to be a way of doing so, is this correct?

The product registration cards refer to page 3 of the manual, but all that says is 'install game, enter codes', doesn't really tell you anything useful.

Am I missing something?

Also, I've tried following the instructions on the Product Registration Card which say you must go to http://member.eu.square-enix.com, this doesn't work either as that URL prompts for a server level username/password and then kicks you out.

Do you mean PS3 12 digit code (3-3-3) or some other?

The game came with two registration cards, one is a 4-4-4 code which I'm guessing is a PSN code. The other comes with a 6-3-6-3 code that looks like a product registration code for the SE Network. However after following the instructions on the card (go to http://members.eu.square-enix.com) I still can't do any with the code, I can't even get to that website.

4-4-4 code needs to be redeemed via your PS3 - in store / redeem code or at account management. You can also redeem it via SEN account web management.

Ok cheers, that's what I thought. What about the 6-3-6-3 code though? Any idea what that is for, I've tried finding somewhere in the Square Enix account management pages that it would fit and I don't see anywhere for it. The entire thing could do with some much clearer instructions to be honest.

You should be able to enter that one via mogstation but I think that's just a product registration code (for future "promotions" etc.) - not really necessary though.

I think psn hasn't updated to allow the codes, been seeing people on reddit/other forums with the same issue.

Users that have purchased the PlayStation®3 version of FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn in North America will be able to redeem their promotion code on the PlayStation Network at 1:00 p.m. (PDT).
